 We offer a refund on your candle that has been damaged in transit. If your candle arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of it to hello@thehousecandle.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. Your candle must be in its original packaging, unused and accompanied with an original receipt. If you have any questions or would like further assistance, please email us at hello@thehousecandle.com.
